Welcome to Azeem Dreams Designer. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the delivery of our professional game development services. By accessing our site or engaging our studio, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership Models

• Standard Client Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all final custom assets and code created specifically for the client will be owned by the client upon full payment of all agreed-upon fees.
• Publisher Buyouts & Revenue Share: For projects involving publisher buyouts or revenue-sharing models, ownership and royalty rights shall be governed strictly by the specific Project Contract or Revenue Share Agreement, which shall supersede these general terms.
• Studio Rights: Azeem Dreams Designer retains the right to use project screenshots, videos, and descriptions in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
• Pre-existing Tools: Any proprietary plugins, "no-code" frameworks, or base code libraries used to build the game remain the property of Azeem Dreams Designer, with a perpetual license granted to the client for use within the specific project.

3. Payment & Financial Structures

We offer flexible engagement models to suit different project needs:

• Milestone-Based: Projects are typically billed in stages, requiring a non-refundable deposit to commence work. Final deliverables are released only after the final balance is settled.
• Performance & Revenue Share: In cases where Azeem Dreams Designer accepts a reduced development fee in exchange for game revenue shares, the specific percentage and payment frequency will be detailed in a separate legal rider.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause development or withhold publishing support if payments or agreed-upon royalty reports are not provided on time.

4. Project Revisions & Scope

We pride ourselves on our "Playable Pipeline." Revisions are included as per the specific package or contract. However, "Scope Creep"—the addition of significant features not mentioned in the original GDD—may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

5. Publishing & Third Parties

While we assist in publishing to Steam, App Store, and Google Play, Azeem Dreams Designer is not responsible for the rejection of apps by these platforms based on their internal policy changes or content guidelines. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own developer accounts and associated fees.

6. Digital Marketing & Promotion

• Ad Spend: Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for providing the budget for third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Performance: While we use industry-standard strategies to promote games, Azeem Dreams Designer does not guarantee specific download numbers, ROI, or conversion rates, as these are subject to market variables and platform algorithms.
• Compliance: The Client warrants that all game content provided for marketing complies with the advertising policies of the respective platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Azeem Dreams Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our developed games, marketing campaigns, or promotional services. We provide high-performance solutions "as-is" following the QA and testing phase.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall compensate the studio for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the studio’s primary place of business, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
